We ship Alpine Empress products throughout the United States from our fulfillment partner. Below are the details of our shipping process.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing (where available)
Delivery estimates do not include processing time. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier conditions, weather, and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Alpine Empress offers free shipping for all US orders. Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight & destination.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or P.O. boxes for expedited orders. International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order leaves our fulfillment center, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following:
Check with neighbors, household members, and any safe drop-off locations.
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
If the package still cannot be located after 5 business days, contact us at support@alpineempress.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@alpineempress.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping fees may apply.
