The Alpine Empress 365-Day Guarantee


We stand behind our formula. If Alpine Empress is not the right fit for you, you may request a refund within 365 days of your order date, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility

  • The 365-day guarantee applies to the original purchaser of an Alpine Empress product purchased directly from alpineempress.com.

  • The guarantee covers one refund per customer, per lifetime, on a single order. Customers who have previously received a guarantee refund are not eligible to receive another.

  • Subscription customers are eligible for the guarantee on their most recent order only. Recurring orders that took place before the current billing cycle are non-refundable. Only your most recent order qualifies for a refund (not all orders over time).

  • Products purchased through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or resellers are not covered by this policy and must be returned through the original point of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, email support@alpineempress.com within 365 days of your order date with:


  1. Your order number

  2. The name and email used at checkout

  3. A brief note about your experience (optional, but it helps us improve the formula)

  4. Once your return is accepted we will provide return instructions


Please note that returns will need to be shipped back to us before we can process a refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once initiated. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


IMPORTANT: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Subscription Cancellations

Cancel anytime. You may cancel your Alpine Empress subscription at any time through your account portal or by emailing support@alpineempress.com — no calls, no hoops. Cancellations take effect for the next scheduled order. Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled, but you may still request a return by following the directions in this return policy.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, contact us at support@alpineempress.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, separate from the 365-day guarantee.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact support@alpineempress.com and we will assist you on a case-by-case basis.

Fraudulent or Abusive Use

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the spirit of this guarantee. Examples include, but are not limited to: multiple refund requests across different accounts associated with the same household, chargebacks initiated without contacting our support team first, and resale of refunded product.
